Nippon Paint MATEX PREMIUM SEALER is a Water-based Protective & Decorative Paint environmentally friendly product that is suitable for masonry surfaces. It is formulated to achieve better adhesion and improve the deterioration of emulsion paints by strong concentration of cement chemicals.
